- Cancellation 7 to 4 days prior to tour start date: 70%
- Cancellation from 3 days prior to the tour start date to the day of the tour: 100%

*About the meeting place,We will meet you at the ski valet of your hotel. If you are staying in a condominium or other property, please contact us, especially if you would like to meet us at the ski resort.
*Lift tickets must be purchased separately. Lift tickets used may vary depending on your level, so please consult with your instructor.
*Please apply for rental at the rental store on your own. It may take some time, so we recommend that you go to the store well in advance. Please do so in advance before the lesson starts.
Niseko Rules.
Please note that guided tours in Niseko are conducted in accordance with the "Niseko Rules".
1. You must always exit the ski area through the gate.
2. You may not ski outside the ski area through the ropes.
3. We consider the wearing of helmets and avalanche beacons to be the minimum requirement for safe skiing outside of the ski area.
4. Do not go outside the ski area when the gate is closed.
5. Never enter restricted areas.
6. Off-piste skiing for elementary school students only is prohibited.
Supplemental information
1. A fee (minimum 100,000 yen) will be charged for a rescue search outside the ski resort.
2. Violators of the above rules may be denied use of the ski area by having their lift tickets confiscated or sales suspended.
3. Accidents often occur during bad weather, such as snowstorms. Do not be overconfident in your knowledge, skills, and tools. Always be vigilant. Follow the instructions of the patrol. Be careful of cracks, falls, and collisions with standing trees. There is no 100% safety in the snowy mountains.
4. Niseko Avalanche Information is official regional information and the Niseko Avalanche Research Station uses its own methods to forecast the day's hazards.
5. Carrying an avalanche beacon, probe, and shovel is strongly recommended. These tools may save not only your life but also the lives of your friends in case of an emergency. - word of mouth
